HOW WE TACKLED THE BRIEF GIVEN TO US
The Challenge
M+D reached out to us because they were struggling with Facebook ads. The main issues were campaigns running with a return of 0.38% on spent, not knowing what’s working and what’s not, issues targeting properly, incorrectly setting up campaigns and building irrelevant audiences, and overspending on ads on a daily basis. We partnered to help them properly understand Facebook ads ecosystem and trained their internal marketing team.
Brief
The patent pending M+D Crutches cradle the user’s elbows and evenly distribute their weight throughout the forearms; removing pressure that other crutches place on the armpits, wrists and hands.

Solution
We re-created all their campaigns and properly structured ad sets and prioritize all past winning creatives to reuse. We didn’t solely rely on Facebook for our audience targeting. We used Google trends, YouTube, and Taboola to find common interest and used that on Facebook to build an audience. The first month, we took their conversion rate from 0.5% to 2.87%. We then scale back down due to low product supply and maintained a conversion rate of 1.35% to 1.74% by careful monitoring the ads and scale vertically.
